We use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to understand how you use and interact with our site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, in order to improve and promote our products and services. Site usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. We use this information for site optimization, fraud prevention and security, and advertising. Clarity loads only when you grant analytics consent. Third-party privacy policies apply separately. Puny.bz reserves the right to change the handle name of any account and to close accounts without prior notice.

We are committed to our users' privacy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

9. SMS Policy

• SMS use is strictly transactional.
• Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received, and reply HELP for help.
• We use certified providers such as Twilio.
• We comply with A2P 10DLC.

10. Third-party APIs and applications

Third-party integrations are chosen carefully; users should review each provider's privacy policy separately.

11. Meta platform data (Facebook and Instagram)

If you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram account to Puny.bz, we receive data from Meta so you can answer your customers from your inbox. We request only the permissions needed for that.

What we receive and store:

• Messages from Messenger and Instagram Direct: the text, any attachments, the timestamp, and the identifier Meta assigns to each person (an identifier scoped to your Page, not their personal profile).
• Comments on your Facebook Page or Instagram posts, along with the comment identifier so we can send you a private reply.
• Lead Ad forms: the answers a person submitted, stored as a contact in your CRM.
• Connection data: the name and identifier of your Page or account, and the access tokens Meta issues. Tokens are used solely to call Meta's API and are never displayed in the app.

This data is used only to show you the conversations, reply to them, and create contacts in your CRM. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it to train third-party models. It is stored on our servers for as long as your account is active and the Meta connection remains in place.

If you disconnect your Page from Puny.bz, or revoke access from your Facebook account settings, we stop receiving new data immediately. To delete what we have already stored, follow the instructions at Delete your data.

12. Data protection

We implement several security measures, including encryption, to protect your personal data. However, no security measure is completely infallible.
