You can delete the data Puny.bz holds about you at any time. This page explains how, including the data we receive from Facebook and Instagram.
1. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
Sign in to Puny.bz, open Desk → Channels, and disconnect the Facebook Page or Instagram account. From that moment we stop receiving new messages, comments, and lead forms.
You can also remove access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove Puny.bz. The effect is the same.
2. Delete the data we already stored
Disconnecting stops new data arriving, but it does not erase your history. To delete it, email help@puny.bz from your account address with the subject "Delete my data".
Tell us what you want removed:
- Meta data only: Messenger and Instagram conversations, comments, and contacts created from lead ad forms.
- The whole account: the above plus your profile, your punies, and all associated content.
We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days at the latest. We email you when it is done.
3. What gets deleted
- Messages and comments received from Facebook and Instagram.
- The identifiers Meta assigns to each person.
- The access tokens for your Page or account.
- Contacts created from lead ad forms, if you ask for it.
We may keep minimal records — billing, for example — where the law requires it. If so, we tell you exactly what is kept and why.
